Before founding Nigel Montgomery Coaching Limited, I enjoyed a highly successful career as a leading defendant medical malpractice and insurance lawyer. My understanding of insurance coaching and legal frameworks allows me to bring unique insights to professional services coaching for clients across industries.
For nearly two decades, I led the health and social care sector at DAC Beachcroft, an international law firm recognised for its innovative approach to legal services. This strategic innovation disrupted traditional legal models and positioned the firm as a leader in an evolving market.
My transition from law to coaching was born out of my own experience of being coached during a pivotal moment in my life and career. This experience ignited a deep passion for helping others navigate their own transitions and unlock new possibilities. As a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, I have dedicated the past few years to leadership coaching, health coaching, and insurance coaching for senior leaders and individuals moving into new roles.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about activities that promote balance and well-being, including sailing, golf, padel, and yoga. However, what I value most is spending quality time with family and friends, particularly when it involves good food and meaningful conversation.
